Description

The Gymstick Crank Bike X4 is the first home exercise bike that includes pedals for both hands. The Crank Bike can be used like a regular exercise bike, pedaling only with the legs, but in addition, it can also be used to pedal simultaneously with both legs and hands. This makes aerobic training up to 40% more effective compared to traditional cycling.

Training with the Crank Bike X4 offers a completely new way to comprehensively develop aerobic fitness. When you pedal with your legs and hands at the same time, you improve muscular endurance more comprehensively, strengthen core muscles, and thus burn more calories compared to traditional cycling. With the Crank Bike X4, you can also pedal only with your hands to improve upper body muscle strength and metabolism in the neck and shoulder area. The Crank Bike X4 exercise bike is suitable for all target groups, from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts.

If you want comprehensive, effective aerobic training, choose the Crank Bike X4!

Return policy

You can return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the return postage if the reason for the return is our mistake (for example a wrong or defective product).

Refunds are usually processed about four weeks after the package is returned, and often sooner. This time includes:

  • Shipping time for the return to us (5–10 business days).
  • Processing time at our warehouse (3–5 business days).
  • Your bank's processing time for the refund request (5–10 business days).

To return a product, log in to your account, find the order under "Orders" and select "Return item(s)". We will email you once we have received and processed your return.

Shipping policy

We ship to almost all countries in the world. Please note that some products may have restrictions and not all products can be shipped to international addresses.

At checkout we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on product availability. Delivery dates are often shown in the order confirmation.

The shipping fee is added to the order total at checkout. All costs are clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Shipment damaged in transit

Check the condition of the shipment as soon as you receive it. If the package or product is clearly damaged in transit, report the damage to the carrier immediately at delivery and ask for it to be recorded.

If you notice transport damage only after receiving the shipment, file a damage claim with the carrier or freight company within 24 hours of delivery and also inform Jinsei Nordic customer service. Take photos of the damaged package and product for the claim.

Carriers' damage compensation usually requires that the damage is reported within a set time. It is therefore important to report it as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery.
