The Gymstick GRW Fusion is a modern and stylish wooden rowing machine that combines the authentic feel of water resistance with versatile magnetic resistance in a single device. This combination makes rowing exceptionally natural while allowing precise resistance adjustment for different fitness levels.
The water resistance works like in a real rowing boat: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance. The water creates a soft, even, and flowing feel without jerky or mechanical responses. The magnetic resistance adds 32 adjustable resistance levels, allowing workouts to be made lighter or significantly more challenging – suitable for beginners to active home trainers.

Bluetooth connectivity and interactive training
The Gymstick GRW Fusion is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing the rowing machine to be connected directly to training applications such as Kinomap and Zwift. With these apps, you get virtual routes, guided workouts, and additional motivation and trackability for your training.
The device also supports wireless heart rate measurement with a Bluetooth heart rate belt (heart rate belt not included in the package).

The rowing machine's LED display clearly shows all essential training data: time, speed, distance, calories, stroke rate (SPM), time / 500m, heart rate, and number of strokes.
Operation is made easy with a rotary adjustment knob, allowing effortless navigation between different display modes.

The combination of a wooden frame and aluminum rails makes the GRW Fusion sturdy and stable even during intense workouts. The device can withstand a user weight of up to 150 kg.

Return policy
You can return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the return postage if the reason for the return is our mistake (for example a wrong or defective product).
Refunds are usually processed about four weeks after the package is returned, and often sooner. This time includes:
- Shipping time for the return to us (5–10 business days).
- Processing time at our warehouse (3–5 business days).
- Your bank's processing time for the refund request (5–10 business days).
To return a product, log in to your account, find the order under "Orders" and select "Return item(s)". We will email you once we have received and processed your return.
Shipping policy
We ship to almost all countries in the world. Please note that some products may have restrictions and not all products can be shipped to international addresses.

Shipment damaged in transit
Check the condition of the shipment as soon as you receive it. If the package or product is clearly damaged in transit, report the damage to the carrier immediately at delivery and ask for it to be recorded.
If you notice transport damage only after receiving the shipment, file a damage claim with the carrier or freight company within 24 hours of delivery and also inform Jinsei Nordic customer service. Take photos of the damaged package and product for the claim.
Carriers' damage compensation usually requires that the damage is reported within a set time. It is therefore important to report it as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery.
