Easy to use and stable construction
The Ozean Lumen 275 is optimized for use on calm waters, such as lakes, rivers, and sheltered coastal areas. Its three fins – one removable center fin and two fixed side fins – ensure good maneuverability and directional stability in various conditions. The 15 cm thickness provides the board with sufficient buoyancy and rigidity, keeping the paddler securely above the water surface.
Versatile features and accessory options
User comfort is considered with a large, non-slip EVA deck pad on the board's surface, which provides a secure grip for the feet. At the front of the board, there's a practical bungee cord for storing gear, and a central carrying handle makes it easy to move the board from the water to the shore.
Additionally, the board is equipped with D-rings that allow for the attachment of a separate SUP seat, converting the board into a sit-down paddling version if needed.

The Ozean Lumen 275 comes as a complete package, including everything needed to start paddling. The package includes a length-adjustable aluminum paddle (170-210 cm), an efficient pump with a pressure gauge, and a stretchable safety leash to ensure the board doesn't float away if the paddler falls into the water. The package also includes a convenient carrying backpack for easy transport and storage of the board, as well as a repair kit.

With a light weight of approximately 10.8 kg, the board is easy to handle. After use, the board is deflated via a reliable valve, rolled up, and packed into the included carrying backpack. This makes storing and transporting the board in a car or boat effortless.

Return policy
You can return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the return postage if the reason for the return is our mistake (for example a wrong or defective product).
Refunds are usually processed about four weeks after the package is returned, and often sooner. This time includes:
- Shipping time for the return to us (5–10 business days).
- Processing time at our warehouse (3–5 business days).
- Your bank's processing time for the refund request (5–10 business days).
To return a product, log in to your account, find the order under "Orders" and select "Return item(s)". We will email you once we have received and processed your return.
Shipping policy
We ship to almost all countries in the world. Please note that some products may have restrictions and not all products can be shipped to international addresses.
At checkout we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on product availability. Delivery dates are often shown in the order confirmation.
The shipping fee is added to the order total at checkout. All costs are clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Shipment damaged in transit
Check the condition of the shipment as soon as you receive it. If the package or product is clearly damaged in transit, report the damage to the carrier immediately at delivery and ask for it to be recorded.
If you notice transport damage only after receiving the shipment, file a damage claim with the carrier or freight company within 24 hours of delivery and also inform Jinsei Nordic customer service. Take photos of the damaged package and product for the claim.
Carriers' damage compensation usually requires that the damage is reported within a set time. It is therefore important to report it as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery.
