A multipurpose, versatile and robust magnetic organiser shelf which is extremely useful for optimising space in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. and for having all types of objects, such as jars, tins, kitchen paper, cloths, towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, etc., to hand. Return policy
You can return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the return postage if the reason for the return is our mistake (for example a wrong or defective product).

- Shipping time for the return to us (5–10 business days).
- Processing time at our warehouse (3–5 business days).

Shipping policy

Shipment damaged in transit
Check the condition of the shipment as soon as you receive it. If the package or product is clearly damaged in transit, report the damage to the carrier immediately at delivery and ask for it to be recorded.
If you notice transport damage only after receiving the shipment, file a damage claim with the carrier or freight company within 24 hours of delivery and also inform Jinsei Nordic customer service. Take photos of the damaged package and product for the claim.
Carriers' damage compensation usually requires that the damage is reported within a set time. It is therefore important to report it as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery.
